This will be placed in the lower Tone knob position so it will not effect your volume adjustments while playing. When in the up position on number 1 will add the neck to the bridge, in number 2 position will activate all three pickups. In the down position it will work like a standard strat. 1 switchcraft jack 1 Set of Strat SSS Pickups. Echoes Include push/pull to activate the double tap bridge so select standard 5 way (7 way is not an option for this set) We use high quality CTS 250k Pots not the standard ones you see on line. We just added a Blender wiring option using a no-load pot so you can take the blend out of the circuit when wide open.

5 of 5 Hot 54/59 Pickguard May 8, 2014
Reviewer: Stjepan Herceg from Duebendorf, Zurich Switzerland
I've installed the Hot 54/59 SSS pickguard in my custom strat that was previously equipped with the EMG SV set and I couldn't be happier! Right out of the box I could notice that the workmanship of this pickguard is just excellent! The compoments and the wiring are first class, and the solderless system made it a breeze to replace my old pickguard. Now to adress the most important thing: tone! The Hot 54/59 set offers classic strat tones with a bit more output than usual. I especially love the "quack" positions and the bridge pickup. All in all, very usable and desirable tones that I'm able to get with these pickups. Again, I couldn't be happier!
