Warranty for Pickups:

We warranty our pickups to be free of manufacturing defects for two years from the original purchase date of the pickups for the original purchaser. If there is any issue with the pickup please mail the pickup back with the original packaging, if possible or well wrapped to protect the pickups. Include the original order number or name and email with details of what is going on and we will replace or repair the pickup and ship it back to you.
If you purchase from an authorized Dealer please return in the condition above to the dealer.

Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

For customers who buy direct from us:
If you do not enjoy the tone of the pickups within the first 30 days from the day you receive them you can ship them back for an exchange within 30 days or for a full refund minus shipping and 20% restocking as long as you return them in “as new” condition with the original lead length and in the original packaging.
