The VooDooBlues set brings a new dimension to our popular VooDoo's set by taking the neck and middle (5.8K each) and adding a special BIG FAT Bridge close to 7.6K wound with a special thin wire to extend the dynamic tonal range. This bridge will bring you glassy highs, creamy mids and a tight focused bass.
This set brings you that clean clear woody neck and middle tones from the late 60's combined with a bridge that really bring a dimension. Take a listen to this set!
Hand Built Bobbins, Fiber Flat work laser cut and hand punched and beveled, sand cast alnico 5 magnets, lacquer dipped, scatter wound, special wax potted, Fabric taped to protect the delicate wire, USA clothe push back hook up wire, RWRP middle pup.

These bad boys are killer.It really makes you step up  your playing because of the clarity of these pups.They sound nice clear noiseless and strong .Killer pups.I play blues and like post grunge type of rock and these nail both sounds.And when playing clean wow!!!

Hi David,
Just had to write to let you know how wonderful the Voodoo Blues set sounds in my Matt Moriarty built custom guitar. You probably have heard this a number of times, but you really 'nailed' that warm and wonderful crystal bell-like Fender tone that emanates a true 'Jerry Garcia' early/mid-70s sound. The guitar is a 'Wolf' replica, and through my Fender Twin these pickups sound better than anything else that I've heard or played on. They are very quiet as well. You will be able to hear them in a soon to be uploaded playlist from a May 17th Uncle John's Band gig at our website:
